MMWind – Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received

  • Unused, unworn, or uninstalled

  • In original packaging with tags

  • Proof of purchase or invoice required

To start a return, contact us at sales@mmwind.nl.
Returned items must be sent to:
MMWind, Sint Martinuslaan 286, 2273 BC Voorburg, Netherlands

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.


2. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@mmwind.nl.
We will evaluate the issue and provide a solution—replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.


3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or special-order parts

  • Personalized components

  • Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases)

  • Sale items or gift cards

For questions about specific items, contact us before purchase or return.


4. Exchanges

For a replacement, return the original item first.
Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.
Conditions:

  • Items must be unused/uninstalled and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase required


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Bank or credit card processing may take additional time

  • If more than 15 business days have passed, contact sales@mmwind.nl
